Facilities

Gatwick Airport Falicities
The North Terminal is busier than South Terminal, handling many international flights including British Airways, Delta and Emirates. The terminal is well-equipped with optimum facilities to ensure a passenger’s utmost convenience.
The South Terminal receives a number of flights from the US. Services provided in the South Terminal are similar to those in the North Terminal although you will find an additional post office and medical centre offering vaccinations.
The lounge is provided not only for those flying first and business classes but for everyone who is willing to pay a small fee. Those flying premium classes with British Airways, Emirates and Delta can use the business facilities free of charge in the departure area.
You can also find conference facilities and meeting rooms for hire at the airport’s hotels adjacent to the terminals, with Sofitel London Gatwick (+44 1293 567 070) situated in the North Terminal.
The United Business Centre, a suite of modern meeting rooms, is available for hire on the seventh floor of Norfolk House. The rooms offer conference facilities including internet, phones, faxes and copying services. These facilities are only available from Monday to Friday at 08:00 to 18:00.
Visit www.unitedbusinesscentres.co.uk for more information. Business facilities are also provided in the airport’s hotels. Conference facilities and meeting rooms are for hire in London Gatwick Hilton (+44 1293 518 080).
The South Terminal features a wide range of restaurants, cafes and bars. Fast food chains and cafes are scattered around throughout the terminal. Those wishing to shop can find an array of shops and duty-free venues to keep you busy.
Play area and game arcade: those travelling with children can find soft play areas on the lower level of the international departure lounge. The area is baby-friendly and features many soft toys.
Baby changing facility: baby changing facilities can be found in the check-in area, on the way to the gates, in the transfer area and after passport control in the Arrivals. The rooms are indicated with a bottle sign or a baby care symbol and are fully-equipped.
Viewing area: North Terminal boasts exceptional views of the runway. You can watch the planes taking off and landing at Pier 6 and the Aqua Bar.
Parking: a number of car parks, both long term and short term, are provided at the parking spaces adjacent to both terminals. The new Park Plus valet service is also available. This service is only for those in the South Terminal.
