Both terminals at Gatwick provide currency exchanges and ATMs. You’ll find an Internet cafe in the South Terminal that’s open 24-hours, and also a post office. The North Terminal provides wireless Internet connections. Both terminals offer lots of options for eating and drinking at a number of bars, cafes and restaurants. You’ll also find plenty of shops, located in both terminals including several duty-free choices. Transportation: Gatwick Airport is directly linked to Brighton by a regularly-scheduled rail service, departing from the station at the airport's South Terminal. The station can be reached quickly from the North Terminal by a free airport train link. Buses operate from the upper level of the South Terminal every 30 minutes during the day. Taxi service is provided by Checker Cars, which is the airport's official operator. If you’re driving, the airport is situated just off the A23. Parking: short-term parking facilities are available at both terminals, with direct covered-walkway access to the terminals provided. Long-term parking is provided for in car parks a bit farther away from the terminals and a free shuttle service connects the long-term car parks with both terminal buildings. Bookings for parking spaces can be made through BAA Advance. Valet parking is available and provided for by CPS, who can also arrange for vehicle transfer between airports, personal chauffeuring and car servicing. | |
