Weather

Weather in Blackpool
The spring and summer months are the best time to visit Blackpool, as the gardens are in full bloom and the countryside is at its greenest: it’s also typically the time for the lowest amount of rainfall, and when the crowds of visitors are at their largest. If you plan to visit during the winter months, you’ll need to dress warmly as it tends to be cold and damp.
The highest rainfall is experienced in the Pennines and the Lake District, which are nearby. During the late spring and early autumn months, Blackpool hosts some of its most interesting festivals, and as the temperatures are still reasonably warm, you might want to consider timing your visit to coincide with one or more of these events.
