The hotel has an award winning 1 Rosette restaurant which has an excellent local reputation, as well as being very popular with visitors and locals alike. The decor of the room is elegant and relaxing and the hotel is immensely proud of all it's fresh food, cooked using local produce. The alternative is Sir Norman's Bar and serves snacks and larger meals throughout the day until 11pm. It is themed on the legendary comic - as well as being opened by him - Sir Norman Wisdom.
