Saint Neots is a small town in Cambridgeshire, located on the River Ouse, and is named after the monk Saint Neot. There are several Saint Neots hotels to choose from along the High Street, the main thoroughfare in town, and New Street. The main attractions in and around the town, which is the largest town in Cambridgeshire, are centered around nature. The Swiss Garden is a beautiful ornamental garden located less than 10 miles from Saint Neots. Then there is Hinchingbrooke Country Park, a great place for children to roam and enjoy the 170 acres. Right in town, visitors will find the glorious Riverside Park, right on the River Ouse. The whole area along the river has been revitalised and is home to some beautifully restored buildings, shops, restaurants and cafes. For a day out, visitors should head east 15 miles to the historic city of Cambridge. This vibrant university city is beautiful and great to explore on foot.
