Introduction to Rowland’s Castle, England
Rowland's Castle is a small village of 3,000 inhabitants located in southeast Hampshire and connected via the A3 with London in less than three hours; Portsmouth can be accessed in a matter of minutes by car. The village is set around a picturesque village green and is the jumping off point for the South Downs National Park and the Stansted Estate. Three long distance footpaths are also accessible from the village. Rowland's Castle hotels are very limited, though there are a number of inns offering a place to stay. For a better choice, Portsmouth has an abundance of accommodation that caters for all travellers' budgets. When it comes to planning interesting day with a variety of unique activities while spending time here, visitors can head to Stansted Park with its historic Edwardian homestead or visit Petworth House and Park, a late 17th century home with a stunning picture collection. For those who enjoy a round of golf, an 18-hole golf course is situated on the outskirts of the village. other spellings: rowland's castlehotels, rowlan's castle otel, rowlands castle hotell, rowlands hote
