Introduction to Ringwood, England
Ringwood is a small Hampshire community located on the A11 motorway that runs from London to the southwest English cities like Bournemouth and Dorchester. Home to a small population of more than 10,000, the town provides visitors with a quiet and relaxing base from which to explore the rugged coastline facing the English Channel. Tourists can expect to find Ringwood hotels and accommodation to consist mostly of three- to four-star hotels along with a range of other options including cottages and quaint B&Bs in the surrounding countryside. The town is close to some interesting natural tourist attractions including the Avon Valley path, Blashford Lakes, Martin Down Nature Reserve and the nearby New Forest National Park. Here, travellers can take to the many hiking tracks and explore the stunning array of flora and fauna. One point of interest in the park is the Rufus Stone, which marks the spot where King William was killed in 1100 AD. History lovers will enjoy Breamore Countryside Museum and Breamore House, an Elizabethan house set in extensive parkland, while a good day out for families can be had at the New Forest Water Park.other spellings: riegntwoudhotels, reigntwood otel, ringwood hotell, liegngwood hote, reigngwoud
