Introduction to Nuneaton, England
Located right in the geographical heart of England is the ancient hamlet of Nuneaton; a town that is actually featured in the Doomsday Book. The past decades has seen its successful transition from industrial powerhouse to pleasant residential and popular tourist town. This town is perhaps most famous for being the home of famous author George Eliot in the early 19th century. In spite of this narrow reputation, Nuneaton offers plenty of classic English charm to visitors who make their way here, especially for its quaint historic inns and Nuneaton hotels that dot the downtown core. A decent selection of pubs, restaurants and shops can be found here, catering mainly for the local population. Other interesting cultural attractions include the local Museum, Art Gallery and Arbury Hall. Travellers can reach the town on the West Coast Main Line, a major rail artery through England. Every June, the largest carnival in Warwickshire takes place here, attracting thousands of people who come to enjoy the fine weather and fun activities. other spellings: nuneatonhotels, muneaton otel, nuneatno hotell, nuneaotn hote, nunetaon hotes
