Introduction to Middlesbrough, England
Middlesbrough is a vibrant town rapidly shedding its industrial reputation and providing visitors with cultural events, superb shopping and chic restaurants and bars. Hotels in Middlesbrough are varied with popular chains and stylish boutique hotels most popular. This is the birthplace of Captain James Cook and there is a shopping centre named after him in addition to a museum commemorating the life the explorer. The Middlesbrough Institute of Modern Art regularly has displays of works by well known artists. This is located in the town centre not far from several Middlesbrough hotels and close to the town hall, which is now a concert venue. Although there is no escaping the industrial heritage of the town, Middlesbrough hotels away from the centre provide good access to the North Yorkshire Moors National Park. This is a favourite destination among walkers and ramblers along with the 109-mile-long Cleveland Way that can be accessed a short distance from Middlesbrough.other spellings: middles brough hotels, middlebrough otel, midlesbrough hote, middlesbruogh hotell
