Low Wood Hotel - Lake District

The tastefully modern Windermere Restaurant serves a selection of classic European dishes surrounded by the contrast of vibrant artwork of Viennese painter Gustav Klimt and traditional English oak wall panelling, sumptuous leather chairs and fine crystal ware and crockery. More relaxed dining is available in the newly renovated, chic and elegant Langdale Lounge Bar which serves light bites and bar food throughout the day. Both enjoy beautiful views over the lake. The Cafe del Lago Brasserie is open April - Sept and provides a stunning alfresco summertime dining experience.

The lobby area is medium sized and is decorated in dark woods and pale white colours. It is very cosy -yet modern - with comfortable leather arm chairs and large brass and copper fronted log fires. There is a sweeping staircase which leads up to the first floor.

It is a traditional Coaching Inn style building.
