Introduction to Farnham, England
Farnham is filled with ancient architecture and historic sites from the medieval times. This Surrey town sits 67kms southwest of London and can be accessed through Heathrow Airport as well as by train through Waterloo via Woking. Architectural remains dating back to the Stone Age line the streets and Farnham Castle is not to be missed, showcasing architecture from the 900 years of habitation. Shopping facilities and markets are scattered throughout the town, with some shops that have been in business since the nineteenth century.
