Introduction to Evesham, England
Famous for its fruits and vegetables, the Worcestershire town of Evesham dates back to the 8th century. It is located on the banks of the River Avon, is surrounded by rolling hills and is a fantastic base for visiting the Cotswolds. The Almonry Museum is not to be missed, housing a collection of artefacts chronicling the town's long history; there is a wealth of historical architecture throughout the streets of the town as well.
