Introduction to Cranleigh, England
Cranleigh is a big village linked by the A281 with neighbouring Alfold, Ewhurst and Hascombe. It is resplendently set on Greensand Ridge, which rises to 210 metres high at Winterfold Hill. Cranleigh's Anglican parish church, St Nicolas, was founded circa 1170. The building gained its present shape in the mid-1300s and was fully remodeled in 1847. You can catch a game at the cricket field, which has been in operation since 1843. To beautify the area, Fountain Square was extensively remodeled in the early 2000s. The square now features brick planters, trees and granite paving. Walking along High Street is enjoyable for the maple trees lining the road. Bedding down for the night in Cranleigh hotels makes a lot of sense for tourists who want to gain a fuller appreciation for the area. Cranleigh regularly offers theatre productions, musical performances and film screenings. Churches of varying denominations can be visited as well.other spellings: cranleighhotels, cramleigh otel, cranleihg hotell, cranlegih hote, cranliegh hotes
