Introduction to Broadway, England
Broadway is picture-postcard perfect village in western England’s Cotswold Hills. The village green here is ringed by enchanting edifices built from limestone quarried in the local hills. The village came into being as a stagecoach stop on the Worcester to London road. Nowadays, the village is a prime tourist location with a full complement of places to stay. Many of the central hotels in Broadway are housed in refurbished historic structures. In the village, tea rooms, restaurants, traditional pubs, art galleries, the Gordon Russell Museum, and antique and curio shops add to its charm and attractions. Getting out and about is easily managed as there are numerous draws in the locality. Broadway Hill is above the village and perfect for a short hike, while the Cotswold Way provides more of a challenge. Broadway Tower is a lofty structure on the hill; the top of the tower gives commanding views of the whole district. Race goers often use the village as a base during Cheltenham Gold Cup week.other spellings: broadwayhotels, boadway hotell, broadwey otel, boad way hote, broad way hotle
