Introduction to Bridlington, England
Bridlington is a historic fishing port and seaside town on the east coast of England. It looks out from the shores of east Yorkshire over the North Sea. Bridlington boasts soft golden sands with a backdrop of a pleasant esplanade. There are lots of Bridlington hotels and guest houses on or just behind the seafront. More Bridlington hotels are near the market, just before the town’s railway station. The esplanade’s pleasant gardens, bowling greens and other amusement venues draw countless visitors every summer. The Priory Church of St Mary, restaurants that serve fresh seafood and a good choice of little pubs comprise the other main draws here. Hotels in Bridlington are an easy base for travelling north on the coast to Filey, Scarborough and Whitby as well as the North Yorkshire Moors. The coast in this direction has some good cliff top views, and locations suitable for fishing, crabbing and swimming. The battlements of Scarborough Castle command panoramic views. Although the castle is mostly in ruins, it has a museum and ambient cafe.other spellings: bridlingtonhotels, otel bridlimgton, bridlingtno hotell, bridlingotn hote, bridlintgon
