Facilities are good at the airport with all essentials covered including a bank, ATMs and bureaux de change plus a 24-hour post office. For relaxation and sustenance, there is a variety of restaurants and bars in the departure areas of both terminals. Duty-free and other shopping outlets are available beyond security in both terminals.

Terminal 1 offers a business centre for travellers with associated needs while the nearby Novotel Cairo Airport Hotel also has business and conference facilities. VIP lounges can be found in both terminals.
