New Cataract Hotel Aswan - Aswan

This hotel is located within the gardens of the Old Cataract and has the advantage of sharing many of the Old Cataract's facilities. However, the standard, although acceptable, is considerably lower and the properties should not be confused.

The rooms are of more or less the same size and all are decorated and furnished in a modern style.

The main restaurant is modern in style and serves a reasonable standard of international and more traditional dishes. Clients also have access to the restaurant at the Old Cataract.

Lobby, reception and public areas are modern in style and well appointed.

The hotel is a modern high-rise structure, contrasting dramatically with the traditional architectural style of its sister hotel. It is very 1960s in appearance.
