Introduction to Hurghada - Makadi Bay
Makadi Bay is a brand-new resort on the Red Sea coast of Egypt. It's just 22 miles from one of the oldest resorts on the coastline, Hurghada. The resort has a beautiful marine location; there is pristine white sand on one side, and a scenic mountain range on the other. In addition, Makadi Bay hotels offer some fantastic facilities, including health clubs, tennis courts and children's clubs. Most visitors staying in Makadi Bay will fly to Hurghada International Airport. Those on package tours will have a transfer included, while others can easily find taxis outside the terminal building. Many of the resort's shops and restaurants are self-contained in the village centre, so a vehicle isn't completely necessary when staying here. In addition, many of the streets are pedestrianised, so it's a nice place for families to wander around on foot. There are also a number of excursions that can be booked in the resort, including glass-bottomed boat trips on the Red Sea.Visit our Hurghada Travel Guide
