The two bedroom blocks offer slightly different levels of accommodation. Gullivers' assigned rooms are the higher standard and are of a medium size and very nicely furnished and well equipped with sea views. The bathrooms are finished to a good standard.

The main outlet is very large and is basically but comfortably furnished in a traditional style. A good selection of international cuisine is served, as well as local Egyptian delicacies.

The large lobby is finished with marble flooring with light pastel coloured walls and contrasting furniture. It has a central seating area leading off to a small shopping mall, bar/ disco and large restaurant.

The building consists of two modern blocks with a central area housing the reception, restaurant and lounge area.
