The hotel is part of a multi-purpose centre and its hotel facilities are particularly suited to individual travellers, interested in the recreational facilities available to guests.
These are of medium size (there are also superior rooms whose principal difference is that they are larger) and are in very good condition. Decor is minimalistic, with wood floors, mainly metallic furnishings and very limited fittings. Colours used are white, blue and brown only. Bathrooms are very smart in design and in excellent condition.
Breakfast is served in a simple, modern room adjacent to the reception, whilst other meals are taken in a more traditional, but modern, restaurant, which were formerly a warehouse.

The lobby is a medium, brightly lit area on ground level.
Exterior:
The facade is a mixture of large glass panels and stone. It is a modern building surrounded by more traditional buildings in this newly regenerated and now very popular area.
