Prague Travel Guide

Introduction

Overview & Introduction to Prague
It is a hub of culture, with many history and art buffs visiting to experience the myriad of museums and galleries. It is also popular with lovers of music as the city is home to a number of concert halls which see famous composers, orchestras and musicians perform annually.
For those who prefer to be outdoors, there are a number of beautiful parks and gardens to unwind in. The parks are a great place to people- watch as much of the community gather to picnic, exercise, play and relax.
Prague has an excellent selection of accommodation, with five-star hotels being found city-wide as well as converted castles, traditional guesthouses and budget rooms. During the peak summer and winter months, prices can increase significantly. The best time to visit the city is during the quieter spring and autumn months, when the weather is temperate.
