Introduction to Prague - Vinohrady
Elegant and prestigious are two adjectives commonly used to describe the charming historic district of Vinohrady, one of Prague’s most famous addresses. At its heart is Peace Square, where a theatre and the iconic Saint Ludmila Church can be found. There are several parks and gardens here as well, including the massive Riegrovy Park, with its awesome views towards Prague Castle, and the wooded Havlockovy Park, which is home to the grand Villa Grobe. Both parks have excellent walking paths, benches and other natural highlights. Vinohrady hotels are conveniently connected to the rest of the capital and its myriad attractions by tram and metro.
