Paphos is an ancient town which boasts a fascinating history and is shrouded by myths. It can be found on the southwest coast of Cyprus and manages to combine ancient buildings and relics with a modern-day resort. UNESCO recognised its importance in world history and recently declared it to be a World Heritage site.
