On foot: the town of Agia Napa is quite small, and most attractions, restaurants and entertainment venues can be reached on foot.
Bicycle: bicycles are widely available for hire, and you’ll find lots of bicycle lanes – so this is a good means of transport, particularly if you’d like to get a bit of exercise. You are advised to be careful cycling on the area’s roads, as local drivers tend to be somewhat aggressive.
Car: having a car can be useful for day trips to explore the region around Agia Napa, but traffic in the centre can be a problem and finding parking can be quite difficult. You are also advised that the laws regarding drinking and driving are very strict.
Taxi: taxis are a reasonable alternative to other means of getting around, and compared to costs in most European cities, are quite affordable here. Taxis are plentiful and you’re advised to make sure the meter is turned on before beginning your journey, or that you negotiate the total fare in advance.
