Hotmail Filter

Due to problems with Hotmail email accounts, the emails we send you may not reach your Hotmail inbox or may be sent to your 'junk' email folder. We apologise but the problem is with the Hotmail email filtering and beyond our control.

Please follow the steps below to ensure that emails sent to you from DirectRooms are received.

1. Access your Hotmail account and click on the “mail” tab
2. Click on “Options”
3. Click on “Junk E-mail Protection”
4. Click on “Safe List”
5. Type “directrooms.com” in box and click “Add”
6. Check “@directrooms.com” is in the Safe List (if not repeat item 5 above)
