Booking Procedure - On Request Hotels
On Request hotels means that we need to check the availability with the hotel before we can confirm your booking. This usually takes less than 24 hours.
One you have selected your hotel please click on the hotel's "Make Booking" button to display our hotels booking form.
Please complete the booking form and then click the "continue" button.
If you wish to place a booking for more than one hotel or more than one check in date. Please complete a separate booking form for each individual hotel or check in date.

- We require your credit card details to process your booking. No charge will be made to your credit card if your chosen hotel is not available.

We will then process your hotel booking and aim to confirm your booking or advise on hotel availability within 24 hours.
If your selected hotel is available we will process the credit card payment and then send you the hotel voucher and payment receipt by email.The hotel voucher should be printed and presented to the hotel upon check-in.
If your selected hotel is unavailable then we will try to suggest an alternative hotel for your consideration.
No charge will be made to your credit card if your booking is not confirmed.
