|  | We require your credit card details to complete your booking. We accept payments by Visa and MasterCard credit cards. Please complete the payment in 4 easy steps:
- Check the amount to be charged and then enter your credit card information and click the "Make Payment" button
- Review the payment information and if correct then click the "Complete Payment", if incorrect then click on the "Modify credit card info" link
- You will then receive a confirmation of your payment, then click the "complete booking" button
- You will see the completed booking summary page, which we advise you to print

- If there is a problem with your credit card authorisation please resubmit using an alternative credit card or refer to FAQ credit card issues
- Your credit card will be charged as soon as the hotel booking is confirmed and your statement will show the billing name as our company: GLAD Enterprises Co., Ltd.
- The cancellation policy, as specified on the booking form, will apply once payment is completed

| Receiving your hotel voucher and payment receipt | |

|  | Once your payment has been authorised by our bank, within a few minutes we will send you an email payment receipt and hotel voucher. The hotel voucher should be printed and presented upon check-in.
