Introduction to Umag, Croatia
Newly famous as the host city of the annual Croatian men's tennis tournament, held annually and sponsored by local tennis star Novak Djokovic, Umag is a well established city in the Croatian region of Istria. Umag has a rich and vibrant agricultural and industrial base to its economy with winemaking and tomato cultivation leading the pack in this respect.
