Introduction to Istria - Pula
Located in the most northwestern region of Croatia, Istria is triangular in shape. One of the most popular destinations in this part of the country is the pleasant town of Pula, which can be found at the very tip of the Istrian peninsula. Pula is steeped in rich history, and one of the main attractions here is the Arena, which is one of the largest remaining Roman amphitheatres in the world. Those with a love of history will also want to check out the nearby Archaeology Museum, while Pula's castle was built in the 17th century and features an interesting and informative museum. Getting to the town is simple as a large international airport can be found just a short drive away. There are regular flights offered to and from a large number prominent European cities, such as London, Oslo, Vienna, Manchester and Edinburgh, while most leading Pula hotels offer their guests complimentary transfers to and from the airport. other spellings: pulahotels, pula otel, pular hotell, pula hotle, pular hotel, hotein pulla
