Songjiang County: is reachable by public or tour bus or you may wish to hire a car and arrive by the Huhang Gaosu Lu expressway. There are many interesting sites to visit here including the 1863 Holy Mother Cathedral at Sheshan, Sheshan National Forest, Sheshan Observatory and the Pond of the Drunken Bai.

Nanhui County: can be found about two hours southeast of Shanghai city. It is known to the locals as the ‘Land of the Peach Blossoms’ and is the site of the spring Peach Blossom festival. There are more than 330 hectares of lands planted with these beautiful trees here.

Qinpu County: it is about an hour out of town but it is well worth the trip. The Setting Free Bridge is the largest stone bridge in the country and attracts many visitors. It is located in the old ancient town of Zhujianjiao. Visitors should also stop at the Garden of Meandering Stream that was built in 1745 and visit its beautiful lotus pond.
