The airport caters to the comforts of all of its passengers with more than 15 airport lounges, lost and found services, a beauty saloon, an e-message service that allows greeters and passengers who have just arrived to communicate with each other, a cultural display, a relaxation centre, plasma TV’s screening the latest news and other shows, numerous food and beverage outlets, a medical centre and pharmacy, information kiosks, hotel reservation booths, a children’s play area and TV area, ATMs, banks and exchange bureaux, public phones, shower facilities, prayer rooms and many retail outlets. Passengers with disabilities will find special drop off and pick up points that will accommodate wheel chairs, adapted toilets, ramps and lifts and reserved car parking spaces.
The Regal Hotel is connected to the airport by a covered walkway and has all the facilities that you can possibly need including conference and business facilities.

The Airport Express train is a fast way of getting to Kowloon and the Central district. The journey takes less than 25 minutes and there are many baggage handling officers to help with heavy luggage. Tipping the officers is not required. From the train station there are free shuttle buses that go to major hotels in Kowloon and Central. If you are going elsewhere you may find it convenient to use the MTR.
There are also several buses going to the city. These are called Airbuses. The journey is cheaper but also much slower. There is a free Airport Express shuttle bus that takes passengers to Kowloon and the Central district.
