By air:
Guilin has its own airport located about 26kms from the heart of the city. Guilin Liangjiang International Airport serves both domestic cities and other nearby countries such as Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand. There are also many domestic flights arriving from: Beijjing, Chongqing, Guangzhou, Guiyang, Haikou, Hangzhou, Hong Kong, Kunming, Macau, Nanjing, Nanning, Qingdao, Sanya and Shanghai.
The airport provides shuttle bus services which transport passengers to the city centre. It is also possible to take a taxi.

By train:
if you want to travel by train, Guilin Railway Station is situated in the south of the city and links Guilin with other major cities such as Anhui, Beijjing, Chongqing, Fujian, Guangdong, Hebei, Henan, Hunan, Jiangsu, Shaanxi, and Shanghai, There are also international trains offering trips to Hanoi in Vietnam. Journeys can be very long, but also incredibly scenic.
By Ferry:
it is possible to take a cruise to Guilin from the ports of Guangzhou, Hong Kong and Macau.
