By air: Guangzhou opened its new airport, Guangzhou New Baiyun International Airport, in 2004, ensuring more convenient and faster trips into the city. By train: Guangzhou Railway Station operates routes running throughout China. It is an important hub and sees daily routes leaving for all parts of the country, including a direct route from Kowloon in Hong Kong. Journeys can often be long but you will pass through some stunning scenery.
