Introduction to Zhuhai - Jida
The busy, modern district of Jida sits close to the coast of the South China Sea, sandwiched between Gongbei and Xiangzhou. Packed with office buildings, high-end hotels and many modern shopping complexes, this part of the city of Zhuhai has much to entertain visitors. Jida hotels are in a great location to enjoy many regional attractions. Next door in Gongbei is where most tourists will be headed. They'll find clothes shops, electronics boutiques, souvenirs and plenty of entertainment. The area is also well-located for visitors headed to or from the island of Macau, which is only about 20 minutes to the south by road. The famous statue of the Zhuhai Fisher Girl stands on a rock just off the coast to the east of the area and makes a great focus for scenic walks along the sea on what is known as Lovers' Road.
