Situated 25 minutes’ walk from the Kumul Museum, the Hami Hotel offers guests the chance to stay in a traditional residence on the northern section of the Silk Road. The Kumul Museum features 2 mummies and is located on the 1st floor of the Cultural Centre. It backs onto the People’s Park, 1 of the greenest areas in the city. Most guests reach the property by taking 1 of the daily train services from Xian or Urumchi and then completing the 10 minute journey by taxi. Those travelling by car can use the on site car park.
