Introduction to Haikou - Beach
Welcome to the 'Coconut City' of Haikou. This northern Hainan city is the most important settlement and primary gateway to the Chinese island thanks to its busy port schedule. There are plenty of places to stay throughout the city, with Haikou Beach hotels among the most elegant and luxurious. The beach area, Baishamen, is found along the northern coast of the city. From here, visitors can reach the downtown area by bus or car quickly.
