A mere 5 minutes’ walk from the scenic riverfront ,the Golden Banna Hotel Jinghong is an excellent base for visiting Tai minority villages in the surrounding areas. Tours of the villages can be booked at any travel agent around town, including the professional onsite agency. The complex is in the city centre and features rooms spread across several low rise buildings. Each offers hot water and satellite TV. Internet access is also available. For breakfast, there is a choice of a Western set breakfast or a Chinese buffet.
