Introduction to Foshan - Chancheng
The city of Foshan, China is located next to the country’s economic powerhouse of Guangzhou, in the southern province of Guangdong, but much of Foshan’s own impressive economic growth in recent years has taken place in the district of Chancheng. Many of the equally increasing numbers of people who travel to Chancheng, situated in the city’s geographic centre as the city’s main commercial district, for business purposes stay in Foshan hotels here, whose number has also grown at a dramatic rate during the past few years. The district may primarily be an industrial and manufacturing district, but it boasts a surprising amount of green spaces, parks, and bodies of water among its many business enterprises and factories where many of the goods shipped from China to countless other countries throughout the world are manufactured. The district is flanked by a modern hospital on one side and a small park by the name of Wenhua on the other side.
