Curico exports its fruit, cakes and wine to the world and the wine scene here boasts its own independent tourist infrastructure. The establishments itself are wine-oriented by necessity since so many visitors to the area travel here just to sample the local grape. Another major digestible attraction in the precinct are the famous Curico cakes, which are known throughout Chile and also internationally.
