Introduction to Quesnel, Canada
Quesnel is a little town in the fork above the confluence of the rivers Fraser. It is on the Cariboo Highway 97 route in the province of British Columbia. This province is in the southwest corner of Canada. Most of the lodgings are in the environs of the highway near the town centre. Quesnel Museum, Quesnel Art Gallery, a casino, shops, restaurants and fast food outlets are all close to the hotels in Quesnel. The museum boasts 30,000 artefacts and rebuilt heritage displays. The Alexander MacKenzie Heritage Trail is a 400 km long hiking trail starting in the region and finishing in Bella Coola. The properties offer a good relaxation spot before embarking on the hike. Bowron Lake Provincial Park, 100 km east of the district, is in the Cariboo Mountains, and boasts stunning mountain peaks, diverse wildlife and a chain of picturesque lakes. Canoeing, hiking, swimming or sunbathing, these are all activities that can be enjoyed in the park. other spellings: quesnelhotels, quesnel otel, questnel hotell, questnal hote, qesnel hotle
