The Laurentian mountains in Quebec, Canada are home to majestic Mont Tremblant and its superb ski resorts. Most Mont Tremblant hotels are ski resorts since the snow and ski season is the main game in town here. Mont Tremblant translates loosely as trembling mountain but this is not a seismic zone. There are numerous ski fields ranging from five to ten kilometres from Mont Tremblant. All hotels in Mont Tremblant operate courtesy shuttles to all the ski fields and usually hotel guests can request which area they would like to travel to. Mont Tremblant hotels range from the opulent ski resort that bears the town’s name to smaller and more familiar outfits that offer more family style service and down to earth comforts. While there is not a great choice of budget accommodations in Mont Tremblar, it is not a luxury or celebrity ski resort and so most snow and ski season travelers should be well accommodated here.
