Introduction to London, Canada
London, Ontario was settled in the early 1800s and is now the largest urban area in its part of southern Ontario. The city is famous for its green parklands which are many in number and connect the city by crossing several suburbs and areas with bike paths and pedestrian lanes. London hotels are at their best, and most expensive, when located near Victoria Park which is London's main park. Outdoor conerts in summer, community events and assorted live performances draw over one milion people to Victoria Park annually. Other hotels in London that offer park views at lower prices can be found near other parks like Harris Park or Springbank Park while still more London hotels are located close to the Fanshawe Conservation Area, Gibbons Park and Westminster Ponds. As the place names and of course the name of town itself indicate there is a very strong British influence on this part of Canada.other spellings: londonhotels canada, london canada otel, landon hotell canada
