Introduction to Kananaskis - City Centre
Kananaskis Village is a Canadian resort at the heart of Alberta's Kananaskis Country park-system. It features Kananaskis City Centre hotels, as well as a number of useful amenities. Golfers will enjoy playing the resort's 36-hole golf course, while those who like horseback riding can find excellent equestrian facilities at Boundary Ranch. The golf course is especially popular, given its scenic location, set against a breathtaking mountain backdrop. In this case, it is worth booking a round well in advance. In winter, the Nakiska Ski Area is usually in full swing, while hikers, mountain bikers and cross-country skiers needn't feel excluded. There are suitable trails for all these activities in the surrounding areas. Nakiska is well-known among skiing enthusiasts for the part it played in the 1988 Winter Olympics. There are plenty of places to eat out in the village too, such as cafes, bars and bistros. Guests can get here by car from Calgary, taking Highway 1, followed by Highway 40.other spellings: kananaskis otel, kananaskis hotell, kananaskis hote, kananaskis hotles, kananaskis
