For sightseeing, a 5 to 10 minute drive will lead to the remarkable and famed Christ the Redeemer which is a must see for all visitors. This resort is prefered not only by sea lovers, but also for golfers as Gavea Golf Club is only 5 kilometres drive away. The luxurious guestrooms have contemporary furnishings with tropical colours. The hotel has three restaurants. Two are poolside restaurants, one pizzeria and one barbecue. The main restaurant is to be found on the 5th floor overlooking the sea. It serves international and local cuisine.

The lobby is very large and modern. It has separate reception and concierge areas, and a couple of lounge/bar areas overlooking the sea, where music is played six nights a week. There is also a large array of boutiques selling everything from jewellery to sunbathing products.
