Introduction to Natal, Brazil
Natal is located on the south bank of the River Potengi, on the northeast tip of Brazil. Just east of the city is the river’s mouth and the Atlantic Ocean. Via Costeira follows the city’s Atlantic coastline southwards. Most of the hotels in Natal are sited on this road. Dunas Park is the picturesque series of sand dunes along this stretch of coast.
