This is an excellent product in a very good location and suitable for all markets, be they groups or individuals.

The bedrooms are all very attractive with parquet floors and brightly coloured, soft furnishings.The furniture is pale wood. Although all the rooms are small, they are in excellent condition. The bathrooms are also in excellent condition.

The restaurant is incorporated into the lobby and is separated from the lobby by attractive, wooden divides. It is a brasserie style restaurant and is decorated as such. The food is international. Breakfast is also served here.

The immediate entrance of the hotel is small, with a marble floor, which leads to a grand staircase with a impressive chandelier above it. The staircase leads to a huge lobby which incorporates the brasserie style restaurant and cosy bar. The lobby itself, has a marble floor with tapestry carpets dotted around, ample seating in reds or yellows. It is a very impressive lobby exuding style. There is also a comfortable bar area located at the far end of the extensive lobby area.

Formerly an office block, this is a modern, high-rise building.
