The NH Stephanie Hotel is situated in the heart of Brussels, a few metres from Avenue Louise and its prestigious shops. Getting around the city is easy because of the tram, metro, and bus connections in Place Louise, enabling guests to travel to other parts of Brussels, including the historic old town. Parc de Bruxelles and the Royal Palace are accessible in a 15 minute walk, while Place Poelaert is 5 minutes on foot. The restaurant serves breakfast only and is an extension of the lobby. The whole lobby and restaurant area is open plan. The restaurant benefits from wooden floor boards and has also recently been renovated and is a very attractive asset of the hotel.

The lobby is large, although the reception area itself is small, and comprises of ample seating and a small area reminiscent of somebody's front room, with a television, a small fireplace and a small library.
