Introduction to Saint Philip, Barbados

Located on the southeastern part of the island of Barbados is the parish of Saint Philip. The beautiful area is loaded with attractions. Hotels in Saint Philip are plentiful and range from small to more luxurious ones. The beaches of Saint Philip are gorgeous and provide a great way to relax and unwind. Some establishments are beachfront. There is no official city centre to the area as several villages make up this area. Six Cross Roads is a roundabout that connects the neighbourhoods. There is a famous tiny island near here called Culpepper Island. It can only be reached by boat or walking during low tide and is used as sheep's feeding ground. Barbados can get quite hot and humid. The properties often have a pool that you can dip in for refreshment from a hot day, or try the water of the Caribbean that's never far away.
