Novotel Al Dana Resort Bahrain - Bahrain

The stunning traditional Arabic architecture Novotel Al Dana Resort Bahrain is right on a private sandy beach, along the Sheikh Hamad Causeway, which is part of the central business district and diplomatic area. It is about a 2 km a drive from the National Museum and main embassy area of Manama City and is a short 5 - 10 minute taxi ride from Bahrain Airport. The unique, relaxing environment, sea view Novotel Al Dana Resort Bahrain has spaciously furnished rooms, a nice pool area with a swim up bar and a chill out private, small sandy beach.

Rooms are all large in size and are kept cool with the stone and marble which dominates their design. All rooms have balconies, many with stunning views. Rooms are Arabic in design and are quiet and in very good condition as are the bathrooms. Please note that this hotel does NOT have twin bedded rooms - i.e. bedrooms for 2 people with split beds. Only large double beds are available with an extra bed in the lounge.

The seafood restaurant serves some of the most fantastic cuisine imaginable. The circular shape of the restaurant and large ceiling to floor windows create a wonderful setting overlooking the water. This restaurant comes very highly recommended. There is also a barbequeue style restaurant as well as a popular brasserie serving international cuisine to a very high standard.

The small lobby is located up a few steps at the entrance to the resort. There is also a small concierge. Buggies are on hand to drive guests to their rooms.

Built in traditional Bahraini style architecture, this property consists of numerous brown castle like buildings - the centre piece being the large swimming pool, pool bar, leisure facilities and priovate beach. As this is all low rise there is a spacious feel to the resort.
