Introduction to Harbour Island, Bahamas
Located off the coast of Eleuthera Island, the stunning region of Harbour Island is most often recognised for its pink, sandy beaches. Often referred to by the locals as Briland, it is comprised of New-England style structures and colourful buildings. Touring this island is quite easy, and most travellers choose to take golf cart rentals. There are additional hotels located in Dunmore Town, which is the only town on the island. The primary airport serving this island is North Eleuthera Airport, which offers plenty of quick flights from major US cities, including Fort Lauderdale and Miami.
